MindfullnessA new study shows that 15 minutes of mindfullness meditation can help free the mind of biased thinking.  In addition to this, cultivating a state of mindfullness – open nonjudgmental, nondiscursive attention improves cognitive function, modulates pain, and can reduce anxiety and depression.  Remember, this is not something that is learnt over night.  Mindfullness takes practice.  Start at just 5 minutes a day and work your way up from there.
