Starting up some new programming as suggested by a patient of mine. Reminding me of the days we used to lift in the school gym together. Merry Christmas! For most of us that have to literally shovel away our challenges keep in mind these 6 snow shovelling tips:1. Warm up your muscles before you shovel2. Use a lightweight shovel where the blade is not too large3. Pace yourself4. Push – don&;t lift5. Face the direction you&;re throwing – don&;t twist and throw over the shoulder6.
